Per the Lumension® Product Support Lifecycle Policy (KB 403), Lumension® Endpoint Management and Security Suite (L.E.M.S.S.) v7.0 went into Self-support on December 2, 2012 and L.E.M.S.S. v7.1 goes into Self-support on April 30, 2014.

IMPORTANT: Lumension® Scan Reaches End of Life

In order to focus on enhancing our current L.E.M.S.S. platform architecture and build for new customer requirements driven by increasing targeted threats, Lumension will no longer support or develop its Lumension® Scan product, effective April 25, 2014. For more information, please see our our announcement and our our FAQs. This includes information on a no-cost opportunity for current Lumension® Scan customers to migrate to QualysGuard.


Lumension® Endpoint Security (LES) v4.5 SR2 is now available!

This release includes numerous feature enhancements, including agent support for Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2 and extend support for the Portable Device Class. Changes to Customer Portal and Ticket Support

Lumension® Updates Customer Portal : Several changes are in the Customer Portal.

  1. When you click the Support link, you will be directed to our new Customer Center.
  2. When you click the KnowledgeBase link, you will be directed to our updated KnowledgeBase articles.
  3. Clicking the Advanced Search link on the KnowledgeBase gives you access to advanced search functions like Keyword, Article ID and Product bases searches.
